Hi Susan,

I agree there is more at stake here than just our right to home educate our children. If you read my original post in this series I have following the California case, you will see my emphasis on the impact this whole thing has on parental rights. You can view that post here:

The more we relinquish our rights to the government via court rulings like this one, the more likely we are to lose even more of our rights and freedoms. That is why I urge action vs. inaction, and why I urge us all to take this matter seriously, even though many are not.

The real issues here !!!!! Must not be allowed to be misconstrued or side-stepped any longer. The real issue is control, social engineering, corruption of the peoples courts and the constitutional limitations of both Federal and local governments. There is a rumor going around in the media and governments that the United States of America is a democracy instead of a constitutionally limited, representative republican form of government that allows for democracy. Very different animals and if you don’t know the difference it’s because you were taught in the public education (indoctrination) system and you should learn. And ask your-self : When did the people relinquish their rights over their children to the government? Where in the constitution does it give governments unlimited power except where the people stood their ground and fought? Why must the people protest and beg their representatives for protection and more laws regarding the same? The difference between rights and privileges are very clear. Rights are innate (given by the creator ) privileges are given by and regulated by governments. What is wrong with the following quote?
California courts have held that under provisions in the Education Code, parents do not have a constitutional right to home school their children.” When did government codes start to take precedence over free people. If you can answer these questions you will know that the answers won’t be given to you by the corrupt courts or any branch of the corrupt government. And perhaps we can all stop chasing the answers down the wrong (government sanctioned) rabbit holes and get real answers to these questions
